Our Gift Cards
Our Gift Cards are vouchers designed to gift an experience at the Risotterie Melotti.
Key features
- The gift card is issued for the amount chosen by the Customer among the 4 fixed options offered: €50, €75, €100, €150.
- Gift cards can be used exclusively at the Risotterie Melotti.
- It can be used within 1 (one) year from the issue date shown on the voucher.
- When dining at the restaurant, the voucher value is deducted from the bill and must be spent in a single transaction.
- The gift card does not entitle the holder to a reserved table at the restaurant: a booking is still required.
- If the gift card value is not enough to settle the bill, the Customer must pay the difference using the payment methods accepted by the restaurant.
Where can I buy it?
The gift card can be issued at our stores or directly online. It is sent by email to the recipient specified at the time of purchase.
If it is a gift, the card will be sent directly to the email of the voucher's recipient.
Can I gift it and have it delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes. The gift card can be sent directly to the recipient by selecting "It's a gift" during purchase.
This gives you the option to send the voucher to the recipient with a personalised message.
What does the gift card look like?
The gift card arrives by email in PDF format. The voucher shows its validity and the amount available.
You can use it either printed or in digital format, by presenting the QR code to the staff of Risotteria Melotti - Firenze.
Can it be used at all Risotterie Melotti?
No. The gift card can only be used at the specified Risotteria Melotti, chosen at the time of purchase.
The gift card cannot be spent at other Melotti venues (Bottega, Melotti events, shop.risomelotti.it).
What happens if it expires?
If the value of the gift card is not used before the expiry date, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund of any kind.
What is not allowed?
- It is not rechargeable.
- It cannot be converted into cash.
- It cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
- No discounts and/or promotions of any kind can be applied to the purchase of the gift card.
What should I do if I lose it?
The voucher is a registered (personal) title. If you lose the code or the PDF, the buyer can request re-issuance by writing to risomelotti@yourmessageforever.com, providing the order number, the email used for the purchase and an identity document for verification.
Once identity is verified, the Seller will cancel the lost voucher and issue a new one with the same remaining validity. See also the Terms and conditions.

How can I contact you for a communication or a complaint?
Any communication and/or complaint regarding the gift card must be sent to risomelotti@yourmessageforever.com, indicating the order number and the email used for the purchase.
